2019 ATH Kyren Williams making case to be the top player in Missouri

Kyren Williams BOOM 7v7 St Louis

Saint Louis has been loaded with elite prospects the last few years. The class of 2019 is filled with talented prospects who are garnering national attention. Saint John Vianney (Mo.) athlete Kyren Williams is arguably the top player in the area but is still being overlooked.

So far during his junior season he has found the endzone over 30 times. Williams lines up at either receiver or tailback at his high school. His versatility is what makes him an intriguing prospect.

According to Williams what makes him special is “being so versatile and ability to play any position on the field, and vision on the field.”

On numerous occasions this season he has made defenders fall in the open field. Once he finds a lane in the open field there are few who can catch him.

Iowa, Nebraska and North Carolina are among some of the schools that have offered him. The odd thing is that he does not hold offers from either Missouri or Illinois.

He is familiar with both programs but neither have extended an offer. If either wants to have a chance at landing him they will need to move quickly before it is too late. Williams has taken notice of how many other athletes they have offered in his area.

Illinois and Missouri have missed out on in-state prospects in the past because they do not make them a priority early enough. Williams will likely be a player they regret not offering if he decides to play for one of their rival programs.

He is currently hearing from Ohio State, Stanford, Iowa and North Carolina the most.

Expect for Williams to be the top playmaker on the BOOM STL team this spring. He will also compete for a spot on the National roster.
